We welcome everyone from beginners trying yoga for the first time all the way up to experienced yogis. We’ve got something for every skill level.
Our Activate classes move at a slower pace which gives you more time to settle into and explore each pose. Once you feel comfortable with this pace, donât be afraid to jump into an Invigorate or Exhilarate!Â

Bulldog yoga classes draw inspiration from power yoga in that all classes offer muscle strengthening and lengthening. Weâve designed Bulldog to be the place you can go for a great stretch and a fantastic workout.
Do you have multiple class types?

What type of resistance bands should I use in the power flow yoga classes?
We recommend you use any sealed loop bands with at least 3-4 levels of intensity.
