My taste in music is very eclectic. I love Bruce Springsteen, Lake Street Dive, Rolling Stones, The Dip,…you get the idea. You’ll hear indie stuff, rock classics, oldies, pop….

Why bulldog?

I love teaching at Bulldog as it is a warm and welcoming community. Today a guest said “this is such a great place to feel good about yourself!” I think that’s exactly how we want everyone at Bulldog to feel. I really like to work hard and try to do difficult things. I think our guests and leaders at Bulldog really embrace that.

I appeared in step workout videos in the late 80’s and early 90’s!!
