My playlist is a little all over the place in the best way. You’ll catch me flowing to Drake and Kendrick one day, then vibing to some smooth 70s and 80s R&B the next. I’ve got a deep love for reggae, classic rock (because let’s be real, the Rolling Stones never miss), and yes, I fully embrace my pop side with Taylor Swift and Sabrina Carpenter. Expect a little bit of everything in my classes because great music makes great movement.
Bulldog Yoga just gets it-the energy, the music, the movement. It’s a place where yoga feels fun, powerful, and totally unpretentious, which is exactly the kind of vibe I love. I was drawn to Bulldog because it breaks the mold of traditional yoga, creating an environment where people can move, sweat, and lose themselves in the beat without overthinking it. Teaching here is all about sharing that freedom of helping people feel strong, grounded, and maybe even a little unstoppable. My goal is for every guest to leave class feeling better than when they walked in, whether that means lighter, stronger, or just vibing a little higher.
I used to be all about high-intensity workouts-running, spinning, cross-fit, you name it. But after years of pushing my body to the limit, yoga came in and changed the game for me. Now, I get the same fire and challenge, but with way more balance (literally and figuratively). Oh, and fun fact, I can rap anything from the Beastie Boys to LL Cool J, Biggie, and 2Pac. Old-school hip-hop is in my DNA, so don’t be surprised if it sneaks into a playlist now and then!
