I love the energy I feel when I walk into the bulldog studio — and it just gets better during and after class! When I’m feeling drained, the workouts leave me feeling more motivated to keep going with my day. bulldog was also the best stress reliever ever when I was studying for the MCAT. I want to share those feelings of empowerment and relaxation with the guests in my class when we’re flowing on the mat.
